A Little Guitar Music
Here’s a little noodling I was doing, wiht a capo on the third fret and a shorty capo on the forth: Rhapsody.
This is a picture taken this morning of the sunrise falling between two trees and perfectly aligned with my street. I wonder if the farmer who laid out this street years ago though this day had some astronomical significance? Hmmm…..
New Song — Wind and Waves
This new song, Wind and Waves, is one I was working on at the beach this past summer. The recording is mostly finished, though there are a few little things that need to be cleaned up.
Christmas Songs!
A selection of Christmas songs I mixed. Listen to those voices!

“Can you bind the beautiful Pleidades? Can you loose the cords of Orion?” — Job 38:31.
This evening was the pre-conference dinner for the Maine Law School symposium, but today I drove over to New Hampshire in a rented Ford F-150 truck (cool!) and hiked Mount Jefferson in the White Mountains. Here are some photos from the day.
What Maine is famous for:
Interesting scrub near the alpine zone on Mt. Jefferson:
At the edge of the alpine zone: danger!
I live for danger (about 3500 feet up in this case)!
The view: mostly cloudy, unfortunately, but still lovely.
