I am Professor of Law and Co-Director of the Gibbons Institute of Law, Science & Technology at Seton Hall University Law School.

Prior to my academic career I was a Partner in the Intellectual Property / Technology Law practice group at McCarter & English, LLP.

I’m a member of West Side Presbyterian Church, where I serve as a Ruling Elder and play guitar on the worship team.
